Is there a better way than starting your day with some delicious and fluffy American blueberry Pancakes? This is definitely one of my favorite breakfasts, not the healthiest breakfast but you have to give yourself some treats sometimes. These pancakes are super easy to make, you’ll be ready in a few minutes and the result is always good. Fluffy and moist as they should be! You can use both fresh and frozen blueberries, as they’re out of season here I used frozen ones but it was as good as usual!

American Blueberry pancakes
- 250 ml flour

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 250 ml milk
- 25 gram butter
- 1 egg
- 50 gram blueberries
- Mix all dry ingredients such as flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Melt the butter in a pot and add the milk. Pour down into the flour mixture and whisk until you get a smooth mixture. Add the egg as well.
