French Toast is one of my absolute favorites when it comes to Brunch dishes. Maybe not as good as Eggs Benedict but every time that I feel like something sweet this is what I would make or order. Today I topped the french toast with a scoop of ice cream and some nice berries, and of course a cappuccino with that. Delicious and so easy to make, you should try it!
Recipe for French Toast

Ingredienser
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 thick slices of bread
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- French toast: Whisk egg, salt, milk, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl until mixed.
- Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Dip the bread slices in the batter and let them soak for a few minutes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown, around 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with berries and some ice cream.
Ready in: 15 minutes
